Coffee and vanilla ice cream on Seti Square, family-friendly and open long hours

Skip the hearty Svan stew for a minute and grab an affogato instead: hot espresso poured straight over vanilla ice cream, the house move at this small counter on Mestia's main square.

It's an easy stop, cooling off after the climb up to the towers or killing time before a marshrutka. Hot chocolate and mulled wine show up once the weather turns, but in summer the ice cream counter alone pulls a line.
