Skip the gelato queue and build your own bowl instead. Kryo hands you the base and a long list of toppings, so you end up with something nobody else is holding.
It's a small counter squeezed into the old town's lanes, easy to miss among all the dessert shops. Closed Sundays, but on the hot afternoons it's open, this beats gelato for something cooler.

Absolutely delicous frozen yoghurt, and incredible toppings. Very lovely staff and you definitely get your money's worth! Me and my girlfriend have gone everyday of our trip so far, I would recommend this to everyone!
