Hip-hop over pop, graffiti over reclaimed wood

Most bars on Panos run the same pop-and-Greek-music mix and reclaimed-wood look. Sips and Sins skips both, painting its walls in graffiti and building its whole identity around hip-hop.

Mic sessions and DJ nights rotate through the week, pulling a younger crowd that's there for the music, not just a night out. It sits near Noma and Bukowski on the same stretch, but gets later and louder than both.
