Rum-powered beach bar, Westerhall's own on Grand Anse

Westerhall Estate distills its own rum and builds Umbrellas' cocktail list around it, not a generic bar menu. The bar sits right on Grand Anse Beach and doubles as a full restaurant, serving burgers and Caribbean plates with indoor, rooftop, and beach seating.

It was runner-up for Best Caribbean Beach Bar in USA Today's 2025 awards. Locals call it the best bar on the beach. Closed Mondays, otherwise open from 11am with happy hour four to six.

Good to know

• Happy hour runs 4 to 6pm daily, with live music from 6 to 8.
• Closed Mondays, unusual for a beach strip where most places run seven days.
