Diamond Street bar open till 3am, oildown when it's ready

Three Diamond Street stays loud long after the rest of Victoria shuts down. Shy's Bar runs until 3am, and promoters use it for biker meetups and DJ nights that spill onto the street.

Oildown turns up too, Grenada's national dish of breadfruit and salted meat stewed in coconut milk and turmeric. It gets posted on the bar's page when a batch is ready. Sip & Dine is a two-minute walk away, close enough to bounce between the two.

Good to know

• Open until 3am most nights, later than almost anywhere else in Victoria.
