Two blocks back from the beach, Papi's Place keeps the air conditioning cranked and the wifi steady, which is why the town's remote workers treat it as an informal office between surf sessions. The teriyaki salmon poke bowl is the dish that shows up in every other post.

Bagels and breakfast burritos round out the menu. Indoor tables are limited, so weekends get crowded fast.
