Georgetown's Indian menus have always leaned North Indian, so Parampara filling a whole menu with South Indian cooking on Oronoque Street is a genuine first for the city. The kitchen doesn't stop there, running African, Chinese, Mexican, and Italian dishes alongside it, a bet on range over one tight menu.

People in Georgetown were still calling it the newest restaurant in town a year in, unusual staying power for an opening here.

This Indian Fusion restaurant serves up delicious dishes. The masala chai was extremely good, had to get it twice. Though the seats could be a little more comfortable, I really enjoyed my time here. The food is tasty and comes with different spice levels. The staff is really good and makes sure you’re satisfied before you leave. Highly recommended.

We've had such a lovely time at Parampara Restaurant on Oronoque Street, Georgetown. The food is always so delicious! 😋 The only thing is, we've tried the mango lassi twice now and sadly it just isn't for us. 😥 Do you perhaps have any other amazing offers that we could try instead? Oh, we miss it so much!

Excellent restaurant. Very welcoming and friendly service, with staff who genuinely make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. The food was delicious and very well prepared, and the portions were perfect for any level of hunger — generous without being excessive. After my experience today, I can say this is easily one of the best dining options in Georgetown. Frankly, it is far superior to Aagman, which is so often recommended to tourists as a good option. If you are deciding between the two, the choice should be obvious
