Blueberry cheesecake and matcha at Plaza Tecknos

Skip the usual frozen drink and head for the cake counter. Muka's blueberry cheesecake has a cake base with homemade blueberry jam running between the layers, and it's the thing everyone photographs first.

The matcha is worth ordering too. It's harder to find on menus in La Ceiba than in the capital. Muka's part of a small Honduran chain with another spot in Choluteca.
