Forgot your sunglasses or a linen shirt for dinner? Roatan Thing has you covered, but the real draw is the jewellery counter, where pieces from Honduran maker Zaana sit next to imported labels most resort shops skip.

You don't need to be staying at the Kimpton to walk in. The hotel sits at the quiet southern end of West Bay Beach, so it's an easy stop on the walk down from West Bay Mall.
