Demeter Borbár is a wine bar and vinotéka a short walk from the busiest stretch of Szépasszony-völgy, pouring Egri wines in a traditional, unhurried room. Beyond wine there's beer, pálinka and food, and the crowd leans social: people talk, play cards and settle in for a while.
