Visited Flow – All Day Bar last month, and it’s easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Pune. Here’s what stood out: * Ambience: The place has a really cozy vibe with warm lighting and beautifully done rustic, earthy interiors. It looks elegant without trying too hard and is a great place to spend a relaxed evening. * Service: The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout. The service was quick, friendly, and genuinely made us feel looked after. * Food: As beautiful as the place is, the food was the biggest highlight of our visit. Every dish was well executed and left us wanting more. Starters: 🍟 Piri Piri Fries – Crispy, flavourful, and surprisingly stayed delicious even after they had cooled a bit. 🌾 Ragi Chips – A nice, light bar snack to munch on with drinks. 🧀 Cheese Chilli Poi Toast – Hands down our favourite vegetarian starter. Absolutely delicious and a must-order. 🥗 Flow Caesar Salad – Loved the dressing. The portion size was just right—not too heavy and a perfect way to start the meal. 🍗 Chicken Tikka Pide – Easily the best non-vegetarian starter we had. It was so good that I could’ve happily eaten another one even after I was full. Main Course: 🍝 Alfredo Pasta – The highlight of the meal for me. The sauce was creamy, rich, and coated the pasta perfectly instead of sitting at the bottom of the plate. 🍛 Hyderabadi Dum Biryani – Medium spicy with juicy, succulent chicken. Comfort food done really well. Drinks: 🍺 One thing we really appreciated was the beer. It was fresh and properly chilled, something that’s surprisingly hard to find. It genuinely tasted better than what we’ve had at many other places. Dessert: 🍰 Save room for the Live Tiramisu! It was prepared right at our table, with the chef explaining the story and thought process behind the dessert. It wasn’t just great presentation—the tiramisu itself was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to end the meal. Overall, Flow isn’t just a place that looks good for Instagram. It backs up the ambience with genuinely great food, excellent service, and thoughtful little touches that make the experience memorable. This was one of those meals that left us with full stomachs and even fuller hearts. Looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu!

Not every place has to be extraordinary to be worth recommending, and Flow falls into that category. If you're meeting friends after work or looking for a place where you can spend a couple of relaxed hours over drinks, this one does the job really well. The music keeps the energy up without taking over the conversation, there's enough space to settle in comfortably, and having separate smoking and non-smoking sections is something many people will appreciate. Finding parking wasn't a struggle either, which is always a bonus in Baner. The drinks ended up being the highlight for me. The food was good too. Maybe not the kind you'll specifically come back for, but definitely good enough that you won't leave disappointed. We ordered a few starters, and they paired well with the drinks. What also stood out was how effortless everything felt. Orders were taken quickly, nothing took forever to arrive, and the staff was around whenever we needed them without being intrusive. Some places are built for celebrations. Some are built for conversations. Flow feels more like the latter, and I mean that in a good way. It's comfortable, unpretentious, and easy to spend an evening at. A solid 4/5 from me.

Food was average specially chips platter was not good at all plus overpriced and cocktails were not up to the mark , need some improvements. Ambience is good but space is lil bit small so feels like closed . So over all 3 stars , 1 extra star for service .

“FLOW is one of the best vibe places in Baner! The ambiance, cocktails, music, and food were absolutely amazing. Perfect spot for weekend chill scenes, date nights, and party vibes. The interiors are super aesthetic and the overall experience was totally worth it. Highly recommended for good food and great vibes! 🔥”

We went for a Sunday Brunch, the vibe is chill, there was a live singing performance as well ,we loved it. The food was good 4/5 The drinks were good 4/5 The highlight was live tiramisu dessert. Good place all in all.
