An online fashion label finally gets a real fitting room

Natapola built its whole following on online sales before it ever had a door to walk through. That changed on Jalan Mayjend Sutoyo in Kampung Kali, where the brand planted its first physical store instead of chasing a mall unit in Jakarta.

The founder picked Semarang on purpose, betting on the label's home turf over a bigger city. It's a rare direction of travel: most local brands go online first, this one went the other way.
