Skip the falafel stand and order caviar instead. Sirocco stacks its menu with sushi, sashimi, oysters and champagne, the kind of list you'd expect from a Tel Aviv lounge, not a resort-town bar.

Interior designer Irit Shanir Cohen built the space around a gallery area, a DJ booth, a big bar and a wide courtyard. It sits right across from Casa Do Brasil and it is not kosher.
