The smashed burger that's got Ye'elim queuing
The move here is simple: a patty smashed flat on the grill until the edges crisp up, then folded into a soft house-baked bun. It's a real step up from typical fast food without acting like fine dining, plated with fries or a house salad.
Chef Almog's menu also runs to a sloppy joe and fried chicken, all kosher under the Rabbanut Eilat. It's become one of the busiest casual spots in the neighborhood, and a queue at peak hours is normal.
Good to know
- Ask for the burger cooked the house way, pressed thin on the grill until the edges crisp up.

amazing. good food, exceptional service. unique dining. a bit skeptical at first but all the amazing reviews are definitely accurate. Would love to see the mediocre chairs and tables replaced by something that fits the standart of the food

Great place to eat, not fancy, but the atmosphere is friendly, small and cousins. and place is worth every penny. Nice music, not loud.
