Skip the quick spritz and settle in. Lassiduata plays on assiduo, the regular who keeps coming back, and builds the whole room around that idea: soft seating, drinks meant to be nursed, no rush to turn the table.
It works better after dinner than before. Later opening hours than most bars on the corso mean it picks up when the rest are winding down.

The pizza was ok, but definitely not a 5. The dough was average to mediocre. It had some bitter background flavor. The location was nice.

We showed up close to closing time and were pleasantly surprised to be served a pizza despite the kitchen being just closed. Beautiful service and really really good food. Simon was our server and he was truly a delight.
