Muri Storti

Signature cocktails and an evening buffet in a restored historic building on Piazza Garibaldi
Muri Storti opened on Piazza Garibaldi in June 2024, built inside a restored historic building at one of Pisa's most central crossings, by the Ponte di Mezzo. The name, which translates roughly to "old walls," points directly at the restoration project behind the space, keeping the building's original structure visible rather than covering it over with a generic bar fit-out.
The drinks list runs through signature cocktails and bespoke mixes built from carefully sourced ingredients, paired with a substantial evening buffet that extends the bar's appeal past a quick drink. It has been named among Pisa's more interesting cocktail addresses since opening, largely on the strength of that combination of setting and a serious drinks program in a city where most nightlife centers on more casual student bars.

My favorite coffee shop in Pisa! It's right in the heart of Piazza Garibaldi. It's always sunny and a perfect spot for people-watching while you're sipping a delicious cappuccino. Brunch is okay, but the drinks are amazing, thanks to the awesome barista, Marco! Also, I've been meaning to say thanks to some of the amazing servers there: Florina, Olivia, Elena, Marika, Karlota, Alysha, and Eliza. Forgive me, I don't remember everyone's names 🙈 but everyone there is absolutely amazing, super friendly, and kind! No exceptions :))) -Cheers

You must visit this cafe/bar. It has a great atmosphere, the best coffee and pastries and staff are so welcoming. They really seem to love their jobs. I will miss this place when we go home.

Stopped by for drinks as we strolled around Pisa. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, and let us change tables twice as we were chasing the shade at the street terrace (sorry for the trouble, guys!). Lovely atmosphere right next to a Sunday street market.

We saw this place when we first arrived and passed by everyday, so we decided for our last day we try it out for breakfast and it did not disappoint. They had a selection of pastries to choose from. We ended up choosing a bagel from the menu. The restaurant was busy but we did not wait long
