Café Mocha runs a genuine all day counter out of Fairview Marketplace, pouring coffee and plating breakfast at 7am and staying open clear through dinner. No closing the kitchen once the lunch rush clears here.

Takeout and curbside pickup sit right next to the dine-in tables. There's no scene, just the counter locals swing by on the way to work rather than a spot anyone plans a special trip for.
