Patsy’s Coffee and Ice shop has the best coffee and Ice cream in Negril, I bring 95% of my guests there on my way to Rick’s Cafe. It’s a nice place to relax and unwind after a long day of excitement, it sit on the side of the sea, so you can watch the Catamaran passing by🫶🙏🏽10/10 for me🫶🇯🇲🥂

We stopped by for some ice cream after leaving Ricks Cafe. We went out back and enjoyed the view of the sun going down. Good prices , good ice cream.

I went to this restaurant for breakfast and had an omelet with toast and a Greek frappe. The food was fresh, portion size was decent, but they didn’t have porridge or any fruit. Great view and breeze from the patio seating.
