Ask and the staff at Adept will walk you through their tasting lab and flavor library, no pressure if you just want a quiet drink. It sits directly beneath restaurant Champagne in the Merkur Towers complex on Samal 3, built around tasting notes rather than a standard drinks list.
The room stays dark on purpose. Your eyes adjust and the disorientation settles into something calmer than most late night bars, built for a long conversation rather than a dance floor.
