Speedy's Bar & Restaurant

Watamu Opened July 2026

New name, same stage: Speedy's reopens in Come Back Club's old room.

Speedy's takes over the space that used to be Come Back Club, a long-running fixture of Watamu nightlife, and reopens under its new name on July 1, 2026 after a full redesign. The new owners kept the mix that worked, Italian, Swahili and international dishes plus a stage for live music, and rebuilt the room around it.

It runs every night except Monday from 8pm, with a small cover at the door. The format isn't new to Watamu. The room is.
