White tablecloth cooking lands on a construction street

Laurus took the ground floor developers refused to hand to a lunch canteen, betting a street full of cranes was ready for something sharper. It's the first high end restaurant on Žalgirio, a corridor still better known for scaffolding than dining.

Weekdays it runs as a business lounge with a considered day menu. Evenings and weekends it flips into private events and banquets, the format the brand already mastered in Kaunas.
