Bali beach-club energy inside a Bangsar mall

Ceviche, tacos and tropical cocktails, chasing a Bali beach-club register from inside a shopping mall in landlocked Bangsar. That should not work.

It mostly does, largely because the drinks are good and nobody in KL is more than a short flight from the reference point. Go evenings if you want the noise.
