Vanilla Sovereign opened its Flic-en-Flac shop on 2 July 2025. The brand sources its pods from Madagascar and ships them to more than twenty countries, and this shop sells exactly what it's built on: hand-scraped vanilla caviar and whole pods, the kind of product most tourists only know as a supermarket extract.

It sticks to one product instead of chasing every kind of souvenir, which stands out in a beach town where most shops try to sell a bit of everything.
