Kolonia's real coffee shop, next to 7 Stars Store

Good espresso used to be hard to find in Kolonia. Deja Brew fixed that, and it's stayed the go-to for coffee drinks and custom cakes ever since. Seasonal specials do the heavy lifting online, like a recent strawberry mille crêpe stacked with silky cream layers.

This is a proper coffee shop, not a side project bolted onto a hotel lobby. For a town this size, that's rare enough to matter.

Good to know

• Open Monday-Friday 7am-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm.
• Check their Instagram before you go - seasonal drinks like the strawberry mille crêpe don't stick around long.
