Alysse opened on Agadir Bay in December 2025, built as a proper tea room and pâtisserie rather than another brunch café. Cakes, pastries and full tea service, for guests who want to sit longer and dress a bit more than the espresso-bar crowd.
The room reads polished, not casual, and it built a following fast on social media in its opening months. This is where you go for afternoon tea, not a laptop and a flat white.

Amazing decoration and a beautiful theme that feels like stepping into a Bridgerton scene. The juices and coffees were great, and the waffle was delicious. I just hope that in the future you can make the waffle a bit more moist and please don’t change the red berry ice cream with vanilla—it was perfect!

The place is clean and elegant The service was warm and professional, I'd like to thank Karim2 he was so kind to us ,the drinks were delicious I had a concern about my drink containing kiwi cause I'm allergic to it, so Mr karim checked it out for me, their service is just something ugh Steller ,a perfect place to relax and have a good time with friends. I highly recommend it.🩷🎀
