Modern Moroccan plates inside The View Agadir
Mima Kitchen opened on March 1, 2024, next to The View Agadir, built around one idea: Moroccan regional cooking as the main event, not a side note. Harira, pastilla and tagine get reworked into plates that still taste like the originals.
It shares the beachfront hotel with Le Sensya and Nazka but keeps its own identity as the property's homegrown table, the one made for a slow dinner rather than a buffet line. Corporate lunches and Ramadan ftours have become part of its regular calendar.

I enjoyed dinner at MIMA Kitchen, inside The View Agadir, and honestly… it just got everything right. The staff deserve a proper mention because they were exceptional. Polite, attentive, always one step ahead without making a show of it. The kind of service that makes you feel genuinely looked after rather than just “served”. Food-wise, not a single miss. Everything we tried was spot on, well balanced, nicely presented, and clearly prepared with care. You can tell there’s thought behind the menu, not just decoration. And then the atmosphere… live local music, soft lighting, relaxed but lively at the same time. It didn’t feel staged or forced, just naturally enjoyable. It’s one of those places where you sit down thinking it’ll be a nice dinner, and end up staying longer than planned. Definitely worth it.

We stayed in The View and came for dinner here one night. Unfortunately they open quite late so with a young child the opening time of 7pm was difficult with a bedtime to get up. We came during Ramadan and they were very kind to offer an à la carte, however our order was mixed up (starters came after mains), we were given a soup “for free, on the house” and then charged for it, and treated with disdain when we pointed this out. The food was good but crazily overpriced, especially given some of the restaurants in walking distance nearby. Sadly a lot to live up to given it’s part of a 5star hotel.

A beautifully decorated restaurant with pleasant Moroccan live music. We ate there twice during our stay at The View. The service from Bader and Muhammed was very attentive, courteous, and friendly. The food is also very good, but on the pricier side for Moroccan standards.

Wonderful authentic restaurant that plays live Moroccan music every evening, and is worthy of a recommendation for hotel guests of the View and those staying locally alike. Particular high praise for our warm and friendly waiter Bader, who was highly knowledgeable, gave some fantastic recommendations, and made us feel very welcome. Every course was exceptional, overall we couldn’t recommend it any more.
