Le Cedray is the fine-dining room at Michlifen Resort & Golf, the five-star hotel that anchors Ifrane's high end on Avenue Hassan II. The whole property leans into mountain-chalet style, and this restaurant only opens for dinner.

I wanted to share my exceptional culinary experience at the Michlifen Resort restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great courtesy and impeccable service. The chicory salad was simply delicious, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. It was the ideal prelude to a rare ribeye steak, which turned out to be one of the best cuts of meat I've ever tasted.
