Asian-inspired cocktails inside Ouarzazate's grand hotel

Le Red Lounge is the bar at Berbere Palace, the 5-star hotel in the town center, built around cocktails and small plates with a silk-and-spice, pan-Asian theme rather than the Moroccan or French dining rooms elsewhere on site. It's one of the few spots in Ouarzazate set up as an actual cocktail bar, not just a restaurant that pours drinks.

The hotel sits five minutes from Kasbah Taourirt and the airport, and non-guests can usually walk in without a room booking, not something every hotel bar here allows. Come for the setting and the cocktail list, not a full dinner.
