Coffee and sandwiches carry the day at Cafe Collage, on the corner of the Oude Markt and Stadhuisstraat, and the room turns into an aperitivo spot by early evening.

Owners Ward Buddiger and Bastiaan Brekelmans previously ran Burgerij and Berlijn Cafe. Open Wednesday to Sunday, since January 2026.

Came by for lunch, and was surprised by the friendly service and the food was great. We sat down to eat on Pink Monday during the Tilburg fun fair, and had a great view of the parade. It is next to a beautiful check. Highly recommend the schnitzel with Fritz kola or a Hertog Jan pilsner
