Italian pizza with house-made sausage

Grano makes its own sausage behind the pizza counter on Søndre gate, so the toppings never come out of a bag. The dough gets the same house treatment, which sets the place apart from the standard pizzeria around the corner.

Lunch here stretches long without anyone rushing you, and dinner doesn't push you out the door either. It's become one of the reliable pizza addresses in central Trondheim.
