Skip the outside franchises. Edition Café is the work of a group of Omani owners from Dhofar governorate, and it runs a full kitchen alongside the coffee bar rather than a narrow café menu.

That means breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee and dessert all under one roof, with doors open from 9am to 12:30am. It's one of the mall's longer-hours bets for a late coffee.
