La Martina covers breakfast through dinner instead of picking one meal, which makes it the closest thing San Ignacio has to an actual all-day café. Two locations sit on Estero Bellaco, right on Route 1, catching drivers passing through Misiones along with the regulars.
Stick to the simple stuff: muzzarella sticks, minutas, coffee. There's a quincho out back that gets booked solid on weekends for birthdays, baptisms and baby showers.
