Ica's first bar built entirely around pisco

Every cocktail here starts with pisco, not the other way around. Latido sits on Festín's terrace and treats the region's own spirit as the main event, which is rarer here than you'd think for the place that actually makes it.

It's out on the Panamericana, not downtown, so grab a taxi. Time it for sunset over the valley.
