On an island built around tourist pricing, a full Filipino meal with bottomless rice for under two hundred pesos a head is close to a public service. CUSi-NAH in Station 2 delivers exactly that.

The name plays on kusina, the Filipino word for kitchen. It fills up with island staff as much as visitors, usually a sign you're in the right place.
