Real specialty coffee in a town of instant sachets

Coron pulls in huge crowds but almost none of the specialty-coffee culture that Palawan's other tourist towns have built up. Most of what gets poured around here is instant with condensed milk.

POB, short for Point of Brew, is changing that in Barangay 5. It's the rare cup in town actually worth ordering black.
