Wine and dinner on Rizal Avenue, open late

Most of Rizal Avenue shuts by nine, so a bar still pouring wine at eleven stands out. Sentro Vinta runs evenings only, 4pm to 11pm, in the Holiday Suites Business District.

It's named after the vinta, the Sulu sailboat with the striped sails. On a street of early closers, this is the place to keep the night going with an actual wine list.
