Israeli food-sharing and an oyster bar on Meiselsa
NOAH runs on Meiselsa in the heart of Kazimierz, drawing on Israeli street food and the wider eastern Mediterranean. Mezze, grilled skewers and fresh bread arrive to be shared, and there's an oyster bar and a serious wine list alongside.
Open since early 2024, it picked up a Bib Gourmand in the 2026 Michelin Guide. The dining room stays busy and loud, which suits the cooking.

All food was absolutely amazing! You cant go wrong. The place is clean and inviting. I did miss the fact that we didn’t have one waiter but every time someone else came so it was a bit less personal but still we had a great time and i highly recommend

We ordered: 1) Creamy feta with garlic, roasted almonds, and honey; 2) Fried lion’s mane mushroom with vegetable demi-glace and caramelized cauliflower purée; and 3) Corn chicken with za’atar and lemon, served with creamy polenta. We also had a classic pita each. We shared everything, and it was all very good. We drank water and a glass of champagne. We really liked the concept and the aesthetics of the restaurant.

NOAH offers a really interesting shared food concept that makes the whole dining experience more engaging. The food was excellent — flavorful and well-prepared. The interior is very beautiful and adds to the overall atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend coming earlier in the evening and making a reservation, as it can get quite busy.

Excellent Israeli cuisine in a very cosy setting with an open kitchen. We opted exclusively for vegetarian dishes featuring hummus, tahini, muhammara, labneh and crispy bits of kale, chickpeas, cashews and pomegranate. I wasn’t keen on the dessert (mouhallabieh). A wide selection of cocktails. Fast and friendly service
