Sunset is the move here. Grab a seat on the open-air rooftop above Rincón's town square and watch the light change over the plaza while a cocktail list built for the view does its job.
The room stays low-lit and unfussy, more about the mood than a big food program. No reservations, doors open at 4pm, and the crowd tends to stick around well past dark.

5 stars isn’t enough. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The executive Chef, Chef Roberto personally came to greet us at the table, which made the night feel even more special and welcoming. Everything we ordered was outstanding. The Rouladen de Roberto was incredible — perfectly cooked pork tenderloin stuffed with spinach, provolone cheese, and piquillo peppers, wrapped in bacon with a delicious Ron Barrilito demi-glace reduction. I cannot get over that sauce!!! Truly unforgettable. The Tuna Tartar was super fresh and flavorful, with the perfect balance of texture and spice, and the malanga chips were amazing. The Pork Belly Cerdo Flow Oriental was another favorite crispy, flavorful, and perfectly glazed with their oriental sauce. On top of the food, the espresso martinis were excellent and they have a fantastic wine selection that really elevated the entire dinner experience. Amazing service, incredible flavors, and such a warm atmosphere. Definitely coming back to Atiko on out next trip to our second home RINCON PR!

One of my favorite spots in Rincón! The food is absolutely delicious – love the pork belly, ceviche, and tuna tartare. Amazing chef, fantastic drinks, wonderful staff, and an incredible rooftop view. Definitely a must-try!!!

As a local I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Good atmosphere, excellent service and outstanding food. My husband I and ordered the Carpaccio for appetizer and it was 100/10. Our principal plates were so tasty.. really good! We are definitely coming back soon!

We got lucky finding this place and also getting a table on the rooftop and I’m so glad we did. The view from our table of the catedral was cool and there was a DJ playing a great set that made really good atmosphere. I ordered the salmon and salad, which was so delicious and beautifully presented. Hubs ordered the pork belly and rice and really liked it too. Would come again. Would be even better if there were vegetarian options-it’s a meat-heavy menu. Cocktails were pretty good—Aperol Spritz and the Sour something with jalapeño was interesting even if a little astringent.
