Rum, history and karaoke near Isabel Segunda's plaza

The name nods to Vieques' old sugar-cane era, when a central processing plant ran the island's economy. That history shows up in the glass: classic cocktails built on rum brought in from the U.S. Virgin Islands, poured just off the main plaza.

The kitchen only runs 5 to 9pm, but the bar stays open later. Thursdays turn into karaoke once the dinner crowd clears out, and it's closed Tuesdays.
