Qatar's original third-wave coffee brand gets a real seat
Flat White built its name on ten locations and shop-in-shop counters at malls like Tawar and Gate Mall, but never a proper standalone space. That changes at The Dome in Education City, rebranded here as Flat White Ritual with a wellness and movement angle for its campus setting.
The coffee itself hasn't changed. Same beans, same program that made Flat White the country's first third-wave shop back in 2016, just poured somewhere you can finally sit down.

A lovely spot for coffee. The cappuccino was smooth, rich, and perfectly made with a creamy, velvety foam. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting, perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a relaxing coffee break. A special mention to John Dylan, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit.

A stylish cafe with ceiling glass windows that create a bright and modern atmosphere. I decided to try the self service Marco Brew experience. Simply place your cup under the machine, and it automatically prepares your coffee for you. I was told that this self service option is exclusive to the Dome branch, which makes the experience even more unique. Although the cafe has many locations across Qatar, this one is my favorite so far. The combination of the beautiful setting, relaxed ambiance, and distinctive coffee experience keeps me coming back.

The best coffee I've been to so far, they have the best blend I really enjoyed the latte, Winnie is so professional and helpful. Will definitely come back.

The matcha was decent, but the bun wasn’t really as good compared to the ones from other coffee shops around Doha. The setup though — cozy and nice for chilling.
