The New Orleans bar that cracked France's top 100
Jazz-adjacent playlists, a pelican painted somewhere on the wall, and a cocktail list built around a theme most bars this far from Paris wouldn't bother with. NOLA leans all the way into it, and it worked: the bar landed 37th on a 2026 ranking of France's best bars, a fast climb for a spot on Avenue de la Victoire.
Order the ceviche alongside whatever cocktail is on the list. The fish is cut thin enough to disappear before the drink does. Locals still talk about the live violin at the opening party.
