Denmark's denim brand skipped Bucharest to land here first

Jack & Jones picked Sibiu, not the capital, for its Romanian debut. The 256-square-meter store on Promenada Sibiu's first floor stocks the brand's full denim and streetwear range.

It runs as a Retail Partner Store, the franchise-style format parent company Bestseller uses to break into new markets. That's how a mid-size Transylvanian city beat Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca to the punch.
