Skip straight to the terrace. It sits across the Bega from Parcul Poporului, and it's the best reason to book a table at Terra over anywhere else nearby with a hotel restaurant attached.

The menu mixes local and international dishes, and the bar runs its own cocktail list separate from the food. It's quiet enough for a work lunch between meetings, easy enough for dinner with a park view on the side.

The restaurant is part of the hotel. The menu is not too extensive, so everything ordered arrived quickly, was served quickly and was very tasty. Friendly waiter. The restaurant is located inside the Rivo hotel. I served the barbeque rib's with wedges and aioli sauce. It was one of the best rib's i had. I strongly recommend trying the food if you are staying at the hotel. The service is top notch.

Amazing food and service! I had souse-vide chicken breast with mushroom sauce and polenta - it sounds basic but Terra took it to the next level. I've never had such creamy polenta in my life.
