Sugar Beach's own chocolate shop, made bean to bar

Cocoa Mill turns Saint Lucia grown cacao into bars and truffles, right inside Sugar Beach. It's the shop side of the bean-to-bar story Rabot Estate tells a short drive up the coast.

Book the 45 minute chocolate making session and shape your own bar to take home. Quieter than the resort's restaurants, but it pulls a steady crowd between the pool and dinner.
