The shop that keeps Lalomanu's beach fales running

4A Simo'o is a family-run convenience store set back from the beach on Lalomanu's inland road, the kind of shop every Samoan village has for bread, snacks and whatever else runs out mid-stay. They restock gas bottles too, 4.5kg and up, which matters more than it sounds when the village runs on beach fale kitchens.

It's not a destination on its own. But if you're staying in one of the fales along the beach and need sunscreen, phone credit or a cold drink that isn't from the resort bar, this is where people send you.
