Single-origin roastery, fourth Eastern Province branch

Skip the espresso-only counters. ThirdWave roasts its own single-origin lots on site, and a Guatemalan Los Altiplanos natural process was on the filter bar recently, ordered by origin and process rather than drink name.

Al Nuzha's coffee cluster needed a serious roastery, and this is it. Pastries and light bites exist, but the coffee is clearly the point.
