Breezes sits on the Al-Shafa Ring Road, right by the district's police center. It's one of the spots that put this stretch of highland road on the map, official enough that VisitSaudi lists it as a Taif attraction. The pull is simple: cool mountain air, wide views over the Al-Shafa slopes, and a menu of coffee, tea and cold drinks built for sitting around rather than rushing off.
It has outlasted a string of newer cafes along the same road. A good view and a reliable drink still beat flash.
