Rooftop ocean views, hookah and a Thursday to Sunday party

Ocean views over the Petite Côte come from the roof, not a street-level terrace. The menu runs pizza, tapas, seafood and dibi. The real draw is the Thursday-to-Sunday party schedule, with hookah service alongside.

Dress code gets enforced, attire required at the door. Friday nights bring a jazz-lounge set that's become a fixture. Entry runs from 3,000 CFA for standard tickets up to 15,000 for bigger events. Touky Lounge opened in Niakh Niakhal in 2024, directly across from Chez Poulo.

We had an excellent time at Touky Lounge! The octopus carpaccio is to die for and the music is great. Such a nice rooftop right on beach. I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing! I found this place right on the beach and it was incredible. You absolutely have to try the octopus carpaccio and the fried calamari. It's perfect for a group.
