Restaurant Eldasy

The biggest restaurant in Touba, with its own conference room
Eldasy sits on the road to Mbacké, near Total Keur Khadim, and local coverage routinely calls it the biggest restaurant in Touba, a restaurant de dernière génération built with a fully equipped conference room next to the dining floor. That combination points to who it's really built for: business gatherings and religious-organisation meetings as much as anyone stopping in for a meal.
No public source pins down when it opened. What is documented, across years of local video coverage and hundreds of Google reviews, is its size and its standing as a fixture of the route de Mbacké. The menu runs African dishes alongside American-style ones rather than sticking to one cuisine, built to feed groups rather than walk-in diners.

A nice place for roadtrip stop. Our guide ordered our food one hour ahead of time. We ordered chicken yassa, fish, and fries. Most of our order arrived, some waited about 30 minutes for original order and some some new hot fries. This requires a walk up to second floor. Basic decor in a clean place with restroom. The central dining area offers a sink for hand washing. Fair service.
