Off Cafe skips the concept-bar theatrics. It's a straightforward coffee-and-pastry room on Todora Milovanovića built for people who just want a table and quiet, no crowd to perform for.

The launch line doubled as the whole pitch: "Switch off the world. Switch on Off." It stays open until midnight on weekends, an hour earlier the rest of the week, so it works as both a daytime stop and a low-key evening one.
